Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This privacy policy explains how Calverton Partners ("we", "our", "the firm") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit calvertonpartners.com or work with us as a client.

Information we collect

When you contact us through the website form, we collect the name, email address, company name, and message you submit. When you engage us for advisory work, we collect business information needed to deliver the engagement, including financial records, organizational details, and operational data shared by your team.

How we use information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry. We use client engagement information only for the purpose of delivering the agreed scope of work and for our internal records. We do not sell your information to third parties and we do not use it for marketing without your prior consent.

Sharing of information

We share information only with people who need it to deliver the engagement: members of the Calverton Partners team, and where relevant, sub-contractors bound by the same confidentiality terms as our staff. We may also share information when required by law, court order, or by a regulator with proper authority.

Data retention

We keep client records for as long as the engagement is active and for a period of seven years after, in line with US tax and audit record-keeping rules. Contact form submissions that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to two years and then deleted.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including access controls, encrypted storage for sensitive client files, and staff training on confidentiality. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to our record-keeping obligations). To make a request, write to us at general@calvertonpartners.com.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The site only uses standard server logs that record IP address, browser type, and pages visited, kept for 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Material changes will be highlighted on the website for at least 30 days.
